Welcome to AdorePDF.com! We’re stoked to have you here. We provide top-tier tools for PDF, file, and image conversions because we believe everyone should have access to great tech without a hefty price tag.
By hanging out on our site and using our tools, you (the “User”) are agreeing to follow the rules listed below. If you’re not down with these terms, you’ll need to stop using the site—but we hope you stay!
1. đź’¸ 100% Free (But We Love Coffee!)
Our mission is simple: high-end PDF tools for zero dollars. We don’t charge you a cent to use our features. That said, keeping high-speed servers running isn’t cheap!
Donations: We accept voluntary donations. If you find our tools helpful and want to help us invest in future tech, feel free to tip the jar. It keeps the lights on!
2. Your Responsibilities (Don’t Be a Jerk)
To keep the community safe, you agree to:
Play by the Rules: Follow all local and international laws.
Be Fair: Use our services for legal stuff only. Don’t go violating anyone else’s rights.
No Funny Business: Hacking, spamming, or trying to break our code is strictly off-limits. Let’s keep things chill.
3. Your Content, Your Responsibility
We provide the tools; you provide the files.
No Peeking: We don’t analyze or “look” at what’s inside your files. Because of that, we aren’t responsible for what you process.
Legal Shield: If you convert something that violates a copyright or breaks a law, that’s on you. You agree to protect AdorePDF from any fines or legal headaches caused by your files.
4. ✍️ The E-Signature Agreement
Our electronic signature tool is here to make your life easier. By using it, you agree to the following:
The 60-Minute Rule: We are not a storage unit. Your signed documents are wiped from our servers 60 minutes after you’re done.
Save Your Stuff: It is 100% your job to download and save your signed docs. Once they are gone from our server, they are gone for good.
No Guarantees: While we use secure tech, we don’t guarantee that our e-signatures are legally “bulletproof” for every specific contract or jurisdiction. Use them at your own risk.
5. Intellectual Property
Everything you see on AdorePDF—the logos, the code, the designs, and the text—belongs to us or our partners.
Hands Off: You can’t copy, sell, or mess with our proprietary stuff without our written permission.
Trademarks: Any third-party logos (like Google Drive) belong to their respective owners. We use them according to their specific permissions.
6. 🛡️ Privacy & File Security
We take your privacy seriously. Here’s the deal:
Short-Term Memory: Most files are automatically nuked from our servers after 30 minutes.
No Selling: We do not sell your personal info, names, or uploaded documents to anyone. Period.
AdSense & Ads: To keep the site free, we show ads. Our partners (like Google) use cookies to show you relevant stuff. If you aren’t a fan, you can opt-out of those cookies here.
7. Payments & Donations (Powered by Stripe)
When you donate, your info is handled by Stripe. They are the pros at security (PCI Level 1 Service Providers).
Safe & Sound: We never see your credit card or bank details. Stripe handles the heavy lifting so we stay out of the “payment info” loop.
8. Termination of Service
If someone is caught breaking the rules or acting suspicious, we reserve the right to block their access to AdorePDF without warning. Let’s keep the vibes positive!
9. Changes to These Terms
The internet moves fast, and so do we. We might update these terms from time to time. Your continued use of the site after we post updates means you’re okay with the new rules. It’s a good idea to check this page every now and then.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where AdorePDF operates.
